About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the delivery of Transaction 360, GDR, and related data products by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and coordinating with Technology teams
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in creating proofs of concept, prototypes, and automation opportunities for data products
- Partner with business, product, technology, and data governance teams to support solution delivery
- Maintain product documentation, process flows, requirement documents, and status updates
- Track delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and open items, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in a product role for data-based analytics solutions or capabilities, with demonstrated skills in data and process automation
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management, Statistics, or a related discipline from a premium institute
- Basic understanding of product development and solution delivery
- Experience working in agile delivery teams
- Ability to write clear requirements, user stories, and process documentation
- Ability to perform basic root cause analysis and follow through on issue resolution
- Interest in automation and continuous improvement
- Data manipulation with large and complex datasets
- Strong proficiency in SQL, RDBMS Concepts, GCP, or Big Data technologies such as Hive
- Understanding of data architecture, metadata management, and data lineage concepts
- Basic Python with Gen AI proficiency
- Experience in data governance, data management, data compliance, or related tools
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices for data retention and access management
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
