About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Facilitate business units in their Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) performance
  • Identify additional risks throughout business processes and systems with business process owners
  • Categorize controls and map them against risks and processes, including cross-business-unit process-control mapping
  • Support control monitoring and compile key operational risk trends, activities, and events
  • Proactively identify gaps in data, processes, documentation, and controls against established standards
  • Conduct assessments, testing, and QA programs to ensure regulatory and internal standards are met
  • Support thematic risk reporting on risk levels, trends, and causes
  • Collaborate extensively with partners across business units, functional areas, and geographies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in risk strategy
  • Experience in operational risk management, such as within a Risk or Internal Audit function
  • MBA or Master’s degree from top-tier institutes in finance, business, risk management, or a related field is listed
  • Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate risk scenarios for Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
  • Project management skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in process governance is preferred
  • Understanding of processes aligned with policies, regulatory frameworks, and/or operational standards
