Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program focused on Business, Project Management, Operations Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
Bachelor's degree candidates expected to graduate between December 2027 and June 2028
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy; strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Ability to navigate the organization and processes independently
Project management skills, including handling multiple requests and prioritizing accordingly
Relationship-building skills and ability to work as part of a larger team
Ability to support projects outside the immediate scope
Presentation skills, including creating presentation materials and presenting to peers and senior leaders
Aptitude with Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros
Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United States; visa sponsorship will not be pursued
Preferred: passion for marketing, product management, payments innovation, travel and dining industries, and new technology trends
Preferred: ability to conceptualize and sell ideas
Preferred: organized, independent thinker able to multitask with excellent attention to detail
