About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the team in project management across various initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program focused on Business, Project Management, Operations Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree candidates expected to graduate between December 2027 and June 2028
- Extreme attention to detail and accuracy; strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Ability to navigate the organization and processes independently
- Project management skills, including handling multiple requests and prioritizing accordingly
- Relationship-building skills and ability to work as part of a larger team
- Ability to support projects outside the immediate scope
- Presentation skills, including creating presentation materials and presenting to peers and senior leaders
- Aptitude with Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros
- Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United States; visa sponsorship will not be pursued
- Preferred: passion for marketing, product management, payments innovation, travel and dining industries, and new technology trends
- Preferred: ability to conceptualize and sell ideas
- Preferred: organized, independent thinker able to multitask with excellent attention to detail
- Preferred: strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
