About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze customer data to develop data-driven business strategies
- Update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, and methodologies
- Partner with cross-functional business teams, including Finance, Travel & Lifestyle Services, Insurance, and other enterprise stakeholders
- Deliver analytics, reporting and insight initiatives that inform strategic planning and performance monitoring
- Review existing data systems designs based on analyzed data to help streamline data reporting processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3 years of experience analyzing customer data to identify trends and develop business strategies
- 1 year of experience developing data-driven strategic initiatives to enhance business performance
- 1 year of experience analyzing complex financial datasets and performing data mining to identify commercial trends
- 1 year of experience creating, maintaining, and optimizing business intelligence systems, dashboards, and reporting frameworks using MS Excel
- 1 year of experience with data visualization tools, including MS Excel and PowerBI
- 1 year of experience with process automation using Power Automate
- 1 year of experience preparing and maintaining technical documentation of data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical logic
- 1 year of experience utilizing Google Big Query, Hive, MySQL Server, Numpy, Pandas, PySpark, Python, Spark, and SQL
