Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience with Java technologies
Experience with Vert.x, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful microservices, Ignite, In-Memory Computing, Spark, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Kafka, Python, IntelliJ, Couchbase, OpenSearch, and RESTful APIs
Hands-on experience with application design, software development, and automated testing
Experience with distributed multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational or NoSQL databases
Ability to interpret technical and business objectives and develop solutions
Ability to learn new technologies and business domains, question the status quo, and think creatively
Ability to debug software components and identify code defects
Experience working in Agile or other rapid application development methods
Experience with automation testing and documentation, including automated, functional, and performance testing
Experience with Karate, Postman, Cucumber, Playwright, Selenium, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
Ability to build automated CI/CD pipelines with quality gates, test automation, and automated approvals
Working experience with public cloud technologies, including AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes
Experience leveraging and building Agent Skills and prompt engineering
Proficient oral and written communication skills
