About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of complex technology programs using AI-enabled delivery capabilities, automation, and data-driven insights
Drive end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders
Establish program governance, operating rhythms, and executive reporting covering progress, dependencies, risks, and decisions
Develop and maintain integrated program plans across multiple workstreams and organizational boundaries
Allocate resources and balance workloads across high-complexity projects
Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate program risks, issues, and dependencies
Monitor program health using delivery metrics and data-driven insights
Drive continuous improvement and operational effectiveness across technology delivery teams
Ensure compliance with SDLC standards and enterprise governance requirements
Integrate AI agent-enabled project management, workflow automation, and delivery analytics
Establish governance for Agentic AI reporting, documentation, delivery planning, and operational metrics
Own program documentation, technical specifications, executive communications, and status reports
Engage sponsors, technology leaders, business partners, and external vendors for alignment and information flow
Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Agile Release Train leadership, and Business teams on delivery and strategic objectives
Coordinate cross-team execution using ART operations, PI planning, and SAFe practices
May oversee, mentor, coach, hire, and develop Technology Delivery colleagues
May manage resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and delivery commitments
Align technology initiatives with business objectives and measurable business value

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred
Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and modern software delivery methodologies
Knowledge of technical challenges and systems design
Knowledge of product development lifecycle, testing, and deployment practices
Knowledge of AI agent-enabled project delivery platforms, workflow orchestration, and predictive delivery analytics
Knowledge of AI governance, operational risk, and quality assurance for Agentic AI delivery
Experience in program delivery or project management, preferably in technology
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives with successful delivery
Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams across complex organizations
Experience mentoring and developing team members
Experience in stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing decisions
Experience leading organizational change and adoption of processes, tools, and ways of working
Experience leading adoption of AI agent-enabled project management tooling, workflow automation, or operational transformation
Experience implementing Agentic AI reporting, delivery planning, or project optimization capabilities
Experience using JIRA, Confluence, ADO, or similar project management and collaboration tools
Experience creating technical documentation, executive presentations, and program reporting
Working knowledge of ART structures, RTE responsibilities, PI Planning, and SAFe practices
Ability to partner with RTEs, Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering leaders
PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus
SAFe certification preferred
