About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Champion product and marketing operations across the Membership Rewards and Benefits programs within US Corporate Card portfolio’s Platinum, Gold, and Green cards.
- Support product operations such as decommissioning aspects of the Membership Rewards program, managing Operational Risk Events, and onboarding new product functionality.
- Handle marketing blocks, conducting annual reviews of marketing collateral for internal and external partners and clients.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns to drive Membership Rewards enrollments and engagement.
- Work closely with external agency partners and internal marketing teams to build on product vision and collaborate to identify impactful marketing messaging.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across large cross functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems
- Analytical skills with comfort identifying key themes and insights from reporting
- Positive and proactive worker, self-starter who can bring order to whitespace and help define roles and responsibilities.
- Strategic thinker with a strong passion for understanding and solving customers' needs
- Ability to influence, communicate vision, and build strong partnerships across several partner teams.
- Curiosity, a willingness to learn & a sense of ownership and accountability
- 2+ years-experience in product management or project management in the financial service industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
