About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal products and platforms that improve employee productivity and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and productize manual operational processes across the organization.
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and productize internal workflows.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations teams to build scalable internal capabilities supporting multiple business functions.
- Build internal platforms, workflow automation, administrative tools, AI-enabled experiences, and integrations leveraged across multiple teams.
- Evaluate and apply emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to improve employee productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Prioritize product investments by balancing business impact, operational efficiency, technical complexity, and long-term scalability.
- Measure success through adoption, process efficiency, time savings, and employee experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in digital product management, with a strong track record of delivering technically complex products.
- Experience building internal tools, operational platforms, or enterprise software that improves team productivity.
- Ability to lead end-to-end product strategy and execution, from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Hands-on experience leveraging modern AI tools to rapidly build and test functional product prototypes that inform product strategy and reduce time to validation.
- Comfortable working with technical systems and platforms, including APIs, system integrations, data platforms, workflow automation, and scalable architectures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs.
- Demonstrated ability to deeply understand operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through product solutions.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI development and prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) is preferred.
- Interest in hospitality and the dining industry is preferred.
