About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and support electrical engineering design for refinery and industrial facility projects
  • Design electrical systems and develop one-line diagrams, wiring schematics, and electrical construction packages
  • Perform load calculations, voltage drop calculations, cable sizing, conduit sizing, grounding design, and lighting calculations
  • Conduct power system studies including Arc Flash Analysis, Short Circuit Studies, Protective Device Coordination
  • Prepare electrical equipment specifications and develop scopes of work and technical documentation
  • Respond to RFIs during construction and support commissioning, startup, and refinery turnaround activities
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and maintain project budgets and schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 8–10+ years of electrical engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License Required
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical Processing, or Heavy Industrial Facilities
  • Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, NFPA, API Standards
  • Proficiency in ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite
