About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and support electrical engineering design for refinery and industrial facility projects
Design electrical systems and develop one-line diagrams, wiring schematics, and electrical construction packages
Perform load calculations, voltage drop calculations, cable sizing, conduit sizing, grounding design, and lighting calculations
Conduct power system studies including Arc Flash Analysis, Short Circuit Studies, Protective Device Coordination
Prepare electrical equipment specifications and develop scopes of work and technical documentation
Respond to RFIs during construction and support commissioning, startup, and refinery turnaround activities
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and maintain project budgets and schedules

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
8–10+ years of electrical engineering experience
Professional Engineer (PE) License Required
Experience in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical Processing, or Heavy Industrial Facilities
Knowledge of NEC, IEEE, NFPA, API Standards
Proficiency in ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite
