About the role
- Design and build sophisticated natural language interaction capabilities for core platform
- Act as the subject matter expert and architect for RAG solutions
- Collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Software Engineers
- Conduct research and prototype new Generative AI and Multi-Agent Coordination/Planning (MCP) techniques
- Develop clear metrics and monitoring dashboards for performance tracking
Requirements
- Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Strong English communication skills (C1 or C2)
- Deep familiarity with building production-quality code
- Practical experience in building AI functions/tools for Large Language Models (LLMs)
