About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct treatability studies on water and wastewater treatment systems; validate products through pilot-scale jar test trials to assist in selecting the best product for the treatment system.
  • Provide specialized technical support to key sectors such as Pulp & Paper, Sanitation, and Industrial Processes, delivering solutions to presented problems.
  • Share expertise in physical-chemical laboratory work and in the analysis of operational control parameters.
  • Adjust treatment processes to optimize material consumption (cost–benefit) without compromising quality, aiming to improve both process performance and cost efficiency.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions or methods to mitigate environmental impacts.
  • Accompany clients during maintenance activities such as tank cleaning, product changeovers, equipment repairs, infrastructure installation, etc.
  • Align with commercial strategy to support technical sales of chemical products, building long-term professional relationships.
  • Share knowledge of environmental legislation and regulations for the transport of chemical products.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related fields.
  • Preferred: Training or experience in mechanical support, e.g., maintenance of pumps and tanks.
