Associate Product Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support investigation of **user and customer problems, pain points and opportunities**
- Participate in interviews, data analysis and other discovery activities
- Assist in formulating and validating **product hypotheses**
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for product improvement and evolution
- Support translation of problems into **user stories, acceptance criteria and refinements**
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure clarity of context and objectives
- Track deliveries and support post-launch analyses
- Analyze basic usage and user behavior data
- Monitor product metrics to support decisions and validations
- Contribute to the ongoing learning of the product and the team
- Use **Artificial Intelligence** tools to support:
- Refinement and detailing of requirements
- Organization of discoveries and learnings
- Exploratory analysis of user data or information
- Training agents to assist users
Requirements
What you’ll need- Genuine interest in **product, users and problem solving**
- Ability for **analytical and structured thinking**
- Good communication and willingness to learn in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity (academic or practical) with:
- Digital product, technology, data or design
- Basic data analysis (spreadsheets, dashboards or simple metrics)
- Comfort learning to use AI tools in daily work
- **Differentials (not required)**
- Previous experience as an intern, trainee, APM or product analyst
- Experience conducting user interviews, tests or data analysis
- Frequent use of AI tools for study or work
