About the role

  • Process monitoring: Control and monitor sales processes
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Keep sales targets in view, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and create precise reports
  • Idea Management & Continuous Improvement (CIP): Capture, evaluate and implement improvement proposals
  • Quality Assurance: Rapidly and accurately apply process adjustments in systems
  • Data Analysis: Use expert Excel knowledge to identify trends

Requirements

  • Solid experience in sales, customer support or process management
  • Ideally, initial experience working with KPIs and performance controlling
  • Excel expert: Confident command of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.)
  • Process-oriented working style, organizational talent with strong analytical acumen
  • Business-fluent German; very good command of English
