Help shape what’s next in data, AI, and advisory within Altis Consulting

Work closely with clients to understand their challenges, shape solutions, and deliver high-impact outcomes across modern data platforms and AI-enabled environments
Lead the design and delivery of modern data and analytics solutions
Partner with clients to translate business problems into practical, scalable strategies
Provide trusted advisory support, recommendations, and technical leadership
Support the development of governed, sustainable, and future-ready data solutions
Mentor other team members, share expertise, and help foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment
Engage confidently with stakeholders across both technical and non-technical backgrounds

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in consulting, advisory, or client-facing delivery roles within data and analytics (No specific industry)
Strong capability across modern data platforms, particularly Snowflake, Databricks, and/or Fabric
Apply strong data engineering and data modelling capability to build scalable, sustainable, and well-governed solutions that turn complex data into practical business value
Exposure to AI-solutions, or a clear understanding of how AI can be applied responsibly in enterprise environments, is a bonus.
The ability to solve real-world business challenges, not just build technical outputs
Confidence in making recommendations, influencing stakeholders, and leading conversations with clients
A strong understanding of how to deliver solutions that are scalable, practical, and well governed
Previous exposure to modern AI-assisted delivery tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Snowflake Cortex Code or similar) and the judgment to use them responsibly to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.
