About the role
- Work closely with Product teams to accelerate delivery
- Implement changes
- Handle incident tickets and provide product run/operational support
- Manage operational maintenance (MCO), patch management and FinOps aspects
- Track activity using Agile (Sprint/Kanban)
- Active participation in the Ops squad (communities, knowledge sharing, etc.)
- Optimize resource consumption and implement auto-scaling
- Ensure high availability and resilience of services within your scope
- On-call duty 24/7
- Create or evolve products according to squad needs
- Support the design of new components to ensure production considerations are integrated
- Adhere to build standards and contribute to their evolution
- Implement technical monitoring and alerting
- Automate operational tasks and apply an SRE approach
- Deliver and maintain Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines
- Responsible for operational documentation
- Challenge Tech Leads and Architects on future technological developments
Requirements
- Degree: Master’s level (Bac+5) or equivalent
- Experience: 3 to 7 years
- Skills: Azure / Kubernetes / GitLab / database management
