About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain AIV plans for spacecraft projects.
  • Coordinate integration and verification activities across subsystems and teams.
  • Plan resources and schedules to meet project requirements.
  • Prepare, maintain, and operate test environments and test rigs.
  • Manage hardware models, electrical layouts, and harness assemblies.
  • Ensure proper configuration management for all test equipment and software.
  • Support troubleshooting of hardware/software issues during testing.
  • Monitor test progress, document results, and report on milestone achievements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of AIV methods, tools, and processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in AIV or spacecraft integration and verification roles.
  • Space project experience is mandatory.
  • Experience preparing and executing test campaigns for complex systems.
  • Strong knowledge of spacecraft subsystems and interfaces.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, equivalent military experience or a related field.
