About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You manage technical projects and are responsible for structured planning, execution and documentation according to optimized standards
- You are responsible for coordinating and supporting infrastructure, operations and maintenance activities
- You monitor progress, risks and dependencies of technical and operational measures
- You support incident handling, change management and service coordination
- You create technical documentation and reports and ensure compliance with safety, quality and internal process requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of DCIM systems (Data Center Infrastructure Management) for monitoring power, cooling, capacities and assets
- Technical understanding of electrical, mechanical and infrastructure systems in data centers
- Basic knowledge of relevant data center standards and frameworks (e.g., EN 50600, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier)
- Knowledge of energy management and an understanding of concepts for integrating renewable energies and heat recovery
- Proficient use of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet), ticketing and incident management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) as well as change & configuration management tools (e.g., CMDB, ITSM platforms)
- Very good German language skills
