About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- develop and implement business and operations strategies for pharmaceutical companies
- analyze market trends, the competitive landscape and regulatory changes (e.g., EU‑GMP, MDR, GxP)
- design and execute optimization projects in areas such as R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, or quality
- support digital transformation initiatives (e.g., implementation of new tools, automation, data analytics)
- prepare decision-making materials and business cases for senior management
- manage interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate interfaces with specialist departments
- conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and change-management activities
- develop proposals and pitches to acquire and retain clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- degree in a natural science, pharmacy, economics, (industrial) engineering, or a related field
- extensive professional experience in strategy consulting, project management, or strategic roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and pharmaceutical processes
- strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- willing to travel for client projects — flexible and by agreement
