About the role
- Advise business units — particularly Sales, Accounting, and Controlling
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders
- Design, develop, and extend IBM Planning Analytics (PA) applications
- Implement modern analytics solutions
- Support platform operations as well as maintenance and optimization tasks
- Document developed solutions
- Provide user support in day-to-day operations
- Work in agile, interdisciplinary, and international teams
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or IT consulting
- Practical experience with IBM Planning Analytics (PA) or comparable tools (e.g., TM1, Cognos)
- Good understanding of Sales, Accounting, and Controlling processes
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Knowledge of platform operations, maintenance, and CI/CD-related processes (using Azure DevOps)
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell for automation and administration
- Experience with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Fluent in German and English
