About the role
- Handle tenders issued by Transmission System Operators (TSOs) for secondary systems in high-voltage substations
- Manage the entire tender process for secondary systems, including protection, station automation (SAS), and communications technology
- Coordinate engineering teams, internal departments, suppliers and subcontractors across all phases of the bidding process
- Prepare complete tender documentation, including Scope of Supply, Bill of Materials and risk registers
- Calculate engineering, testing and commissioning costs based on technical and commercial requirements
- Act as the central interface between TSOs, Sales, Procurement and technical departments
- Analyze tender documents, identify risks and define required clarification items
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Economics or a comparable qualification
- Solid experience in tender or bid management, ideally in secondary systems or energy infrastructure
- Proficient with document management systems such as SharePoint, Confluence or DOCUWARE
- Able to communicate professionally via MS Teams, Outlook and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Familiar with VOB, ENTSO‑E regulations and specific tender requirements of TSOs
- Technical understanding of protection systems, station automation and communication systems
- Fluent in German and English
