About the role

  • Analyze functional requirements
  • Write and enhance acceptance test scenarios to validate the solution
  • Execute tests (UAT) and manage defects by creating issue reports in JIRA
  • Provide operational support after each deployment
  • Manage issues for users (risks and critical points)
  • Facilitate (in English) operational rituals/stand-ups
  • Draft and update training materials for each deployment wave or version upgrade
  • Drive change adoption among user teams through internal training sessions
  • Maintain associated documentation (operating procedures, training exercises)
  • Conduct training sessions and provide user support, linking back to users' initial needs for knowledge capture

Requirements

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science or equivalent with initial experience in functional analysis or software testing
  • General knowledge of IT environments
  • Knowledge of general operational support and acceptance testing principles for an information system
  • Planning and schedule management
  • Facilitation skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Strong synthesis and writing skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Responsiveness
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient in Excel
  • General knowledge of Supply Chain
  • Knowledge of bug tracking tools (JIRA, Mantis, etc.)
  • Knowledge of business and marketing
  • Knowledge of the main principles of automotive distribution
  • ISTQB certification desirable
