About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the system design and development of hydromechanical systems
- Manage and coordinate suppliers and technical stakeholders
- Define and produce technical specifications, test plans, and system documentation
- Drive activities across the full system V-cycle (requirements through to validation)
- Perform technical analysis and system integration activities
- Support verification and validation of system performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in systems engineering within complex engineering environments
- Knowledge of hydromechanical systems (e.g. landing gear, fuel systems, air & bleed, propulsion)
- Experience working across the full system V-cycle
- Ability to manage suppliers and technical interfaces
- Experience producing technical documentation and specifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent military experience.
- Understanding of system integration and verification processes
