About the role
- Actively shape usability engineering and support design validation in agile development projects
- Plan and conduct realistic user tests
- Represent the perspective of users and provide important input
- Independently coordinate complex work packages and manage internal/external partners
- Prepare product approvals
Requirements
- Completed Master's degree, ideally in Human Factors Engineering, Psychology, or an engineering/natural science field with a focus on human factors
- Several years of professional experience in the development of medical devices or in vitro diagnostics
- Knowledge of planning and conducting user tests
- Experienced collaboration with internal and external partners
- Innovative ideas and solution-oriented thinking
- Clear and persuasive communication in English – written and spoken
