Requirements

  • Completed Master's degree, ideally in Human Factors Engineering, Psychology, or an engineering/natural science field with a focus on human factors
  • Several years of professional experience in the development of medical devices or in vitro diagnostics
  • Knowledge of planning and conducting user tests
  • Experienced collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Innovative ideas and solution-oriented thinking
  • Clear and persuasive communication in English – written and spoken
