About the role
- Industrialize critical systems for national sovereignty
- Analyze and secure design definition files
- Validate compliance with Defense requirements
- Lead the creation of classified industrial documentation
- Draft instruction/work sheets
- Ensure traceability and configuration management
- Optimize production resources in constrained environments
- Participate in continuous improvement workshops (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Collaborate within a secure ecosystem
Requirements
- Master’s degree (engineering school or technical university) in industrial methods, mechanical engineering or production
- Ideally 2 years' experience in a high-constraint sector (Defense, Aerospace, Space or Nuclear)
- Knowledge of production/assembly procedures in constrained environments
- Experience in configuration management and drafting classified technical documentation
- Familiarity with continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and problem-solving methods (8D, 5 Whys)
