About the role
- Industrialize critical systems for national sovereignty.
- Analyze and secure definition dossiers: study technical specifications to identify industrial risks.
- Validate compliance with Defense requirements (e.g., specific materials, surface treatments, EMC compatibility).
- Lead the creation of classified industrial dossiers.
- Write work instructions (operating procedures, quality checks).
- Ensure traceability and configuration management.
- Optimize production resources in constrained environments.
- Address non-conformities using a root cause analysis approach.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in industrial methods, mechanical engineering, or production (engineering school or technical university).
- Ideally 2 years’ experience in a high-constraint sector (Defense, Aerospace, Space, or Nuclear).
- Knowledge of production/assembly procedures in constrained environments (drawing interpretation, tolerancing, Defense standards).
- Experience in configuration management and drafting classified technical documentation.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Whys).
