About the role
- Planning, coordinating, and monitoring packaging activities, taking into account capacities, material availability, and delivery schedules
- Coordinating all interfaces between production, logistics, procurement, quality control, and quality assurance
- Ensuring that all packaging materials (e.g., folding cartons, labels, blisters) are available on time and in the correct version
- Actively participating in the optimization of packaging processes and material flows to improve efficiency and on-time delivery
- Ensuring that all packaging activities are performed in compliance with GMP and GDP
- Supporting internal and external audits in the areas of packaging and supply chain
Requirements
- Degree in pharmaceutical engineering, packaging engineering, industrial engineering, logistics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in packaging planning or operational processes in a GxP-regulated environment — ideally with a pharmaceutical service provider or manufacturer
- Knowledge of GMP and GDP requirements and a good understanding of quality systems
- Proficient user of Excel and planning tools
- Strong analytical skills, proactive planning ability, and enthusiasm for structuring complex processes
- Business-fluent German and English, both spoken and written
