About the role
- Participate in strategic projects for large-scale data collection, processing, and exploitation
- Design, implement and maintain robust, high-performance pipelines on GCP.
- Design and develop complex ETL/ELT pipelines using Python & SQL.
- Integrate, transform and structure data.
- Implement and automate Data infrastructure.
- Implement CI/CD practices for reliable, scalable deployments.
- Deploy and monitor processing jobs.
- Manage data security, governance and access.
- Optimize performance.
- Participate in project committees, write documentation and provide support.
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science.
- Experience: Confirmed Data Engineer with 3 to 6 years' experience, specialized in Cloud/GCP, Python/SQL pipelines, CI/CD, security and performance in cloud environments.
- Technical – Required: Strong command of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Complex ETL/ELT pipelines in Python and SQL.
- Good cloud security & performance practices.
- Proficiency in CI/CD (automated & reproducible deployments).
- Docker, Kubernetes, Git.
- Functional / Soft skills: Rigor, autonomy, analytical mindset.
- Smooth interaction with business & technical teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Professional English.
