About the role
- Develop and maintain AIV plans for spacecraft projects
- Coordinate integration and verification activities across subsystems and teams
- Plan resources and schedules to meet project requirements
- Prepare, maintain, and operate test environments and test rigs
- Manage hardware models, electrical layouts, and harness assemblies
- Ensure proper configuration management for all test equipment and software
- Support troubleshooting of hardware/software issues during testing
- Monitor test progress, document results, and report on milestone achievements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of AIV methods, tools, and processes
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in AIV or spacecraft integration and verification roles
- Space project experience is mandatory
- Experience preparing and executing test campaigns for complex systems
- Strong knowledge of spacecraft subsystems and interfaces
- Familiarity with electrical harnesses, hardware assembly, and test rigs
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Experience with configuration management and test reporting
