• Coordinate between technical and operational teams.
• Formalize action plans and track their timely execution.
• Monitor the migration schedule and ensure key milestones are met.
• Identify dependencies and risks and propose proactive solutions.
• Lead project committees and produce meeting minutes.
• Provide regular reporting to the PM lead and stakeholders.
• Mobilize internal and external stakeholders to advance issues.
• Unblock critical situations and maintain strong project momentum.
• Challenge operational teams while ensuring quality and adherence to commitments.
