About the role
- Identify and analyze user needs
- Study existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Document business requirements and write detailed functional specifications
- Ensure adherence to standards to minimize bespoke development
- Actively participate in functional project management
- Anticipate potential production issues and contribute to their resolution
- Prepare, plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Lead and coordinate a team of key users during project phases
- Support change management activities: create documentation, deliver training, and provide user support
- Track bugs and requests using Jira
- Maintain communication with all stakeholders (business teams, IT, vendors, etc.)
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science (Bac+5) or equivalent, with 3–4 years of experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Project Manager
- Excellent analytical, documentation and synthesis skills
- Good understanding of business processes and functional requirements
- Proficiency with project management and ticketing tools, particularly Jira
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Autonomy, rigor and strong organizational skills
- Prior experience in change management and user training is a plus
