About the role
- Oversee the configuration and customization of applications (Salesforce, SharePoint, Workday, or equivalent platforms)
- Translate business requirements into clear, robust technical specifications
- Lead and coordinate technical activities with development teams, Product Owners (PO), Project Managers (PM), and QA
- Participate in integrations via REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring a solid understanding of software architectures
- Ensure the technical quality of deliverables and associated documentation
- Actively contribute to Agile/Scrum processes and ITIL best practices
- Manage ticketing and support tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) in coordination with support teams
- Promote a results-driven culture focused on quality and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s level) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role with managerial or coordination responsibilities
- Ability to operate in international, complex, and multi-team environments
