About the role
- Play a key role in the reliability and compliance of the final product, ensuring it meets the specified requirements.
- Ensure product quality by defining and implementing the test strategy and collaborating with other teams (Development, Product, etc.).
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science with more than 7 years of experience.
- Write and execute manual and automated tests on front-end, mobile and back-end applications.
- Design the test strategy and lead the overall test plan to ensure full coverage and rigorous validation of requirements.
- Analyze EPICs and User Stories (written in Gherkin) to define relevant test scenarios.
- Implement, maintain and improve automated tests to optimize the continuous validation process.
- Supervise test execution (manual and automated) and manage defects (identification, prioritization, follow-up).
- Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to ensure quality and compliance with requirements.
- Monitor quality indicators (KPI) and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Use and be proficient with testing tools: Jira, Xray, Cucumber, Gherkin, Postman, SoapUI.
- Use GitLab for CI/CD and collaboration with development teams.
- Work according to Agile methodologies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Backlog management).
- Rely on ISTQB best practices to strengthen test rigor and traceability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication: good written and spoken French for smooth interactions with the business.
- Analytical mindset and continuous improvement: ability to assess code and its impacts, and to challenge existing solutions to improve them.
- Ability to take a step back: capacity to evaluate issues objectively and propose improvement solutions.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards.
- Team spirit: ability to collaborate effectively with team members to achieve common goals.
