About the role

  • Lead the product lifecycle from concept to delivery
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog in collaboration with technical and business teams
  • Monitor project progress and ensure effective communication among stakeholders
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.)
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines
  • Identify risks and propose action plans
  • Provide reporting to sponsors and teams
  • Facilitate decision-making through clear analysis of needs and outcomes

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science with 3–4 years of experience
  • Previous experience in product management, ideally in an Agile environment
  • Strong learning ability: able to adapt quickly and assimilate new knowledge
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, to collaborate in an international context
  • Good organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident, request, and workflow management
  • Team spirit and ability to unite stakeholders around common goals
  • Autonomy, rigor, and initiative
  • Familiarity with Agile management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Basic project management knowledge
  • Language: Fluent English required
