About the role

  • - Design technical architectures for **ServiceNow** solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with plataform standars.
  • - Lead the implementation of ITSM and CMDB modules in enterprise-level projects.
  • - Develop scripts and configurations using **JavaScript and Glide API.**
  • - Manage integrations with external systems through **REST, SOAP, and MID Server.**
  • - Collaborate with development, business, and IT teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • - Conduct technical design reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • - Provide advanced technical support and **mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators.**

Requirements

  • - Proven experience with **ServiceNow, ITSM and CMDB modules.**
  • - Knowledge of **complex workflow automation** and system integrations.
  • - Familiarity with **DevOps and Agile metholodologies.**
  • - Experience in **ServiceNow migrations or version upgrades.**
  • - Experience with other ServiceNow modules** (HRSD,CSM, SecOps)** is a plus.
  • - Additional certifications in **architecture or project management** **(TOGAF, PMP)** are desirable.
  • - **Experience level **(3-5+ years).
  • - **English B2**
