About the role
- You will be responsable for providing specialized technical support in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools.
- Ensuring proper installation, configuration, and performance of CAD software.
- Managing the related IT infrastructure.
- Developing process automation through scripting.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to streamline design processes.
- Training end-users on the effective use of CAD tools.
- Documenting technical procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Industrial Design.
- Professional experience in engineering IT support or related areas.
- Strong knowledge in CATIA V5/V6 and 3DExperience Ticket Triage (User training, system health diagnostics).
- Experience with IT infrastructure management for CAD tools.
- Proficiency in automation scripting.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshotting skills.
- Ability to document processes and create user guides.
- Strong communication and training delivery skills.
- CATIA and 3DExperience Ticket Triage.
