About the role
- Analyze system requirements and develop test strategies for different components.
- Create and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify defects and document them clearly for further investigation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during the testing process to resolve any issues.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on test results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software/system testing, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proficient in automotive protocols such as CAN, LIN, or Ethernet.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Vector tools, LabVIEW, and/or MATLAB).
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages, particularly Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
