About the role
- You coordinate the day-to-day store operations
- (Further) development of your team through training and coaching
- Merchandising – implementation of presentation/visual merchandising guidelines
- Planning of in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
- Financial and business analysis of the store
- Active selling and driving sales
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business vocational training
- Relevant experience in fashion/textile retail and ideally experience managing a store
- Strong numerical affinity and sound commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence
- Great interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
