About the role
- You are familiar with business metrics and enjoy professional textile/apparel merchandising
- You coordinate day-to-day business operations
- Development and ongoing training of your team through coaching and guidance
- Merchandising – implementation of presentation guidelines
- Planning of in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
- Financial/business analysis of the store
- Active selling and customer engagement
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent business qualification
- Relevant experience in textile/apparel retail and, ideally, in managing a store
- Strong affinity for numbers and solid commercial/business acumen
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence
- Passion for fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
