About the role
- You coordinate the day-to-day business operations
- (Further) development of your team through training and guidance
- Merchandising – implementation of visual merchandising and presentation guidelines
- Planning of in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling

- Active selling and customer engagement
Requirements
- Completed commercial or business-related qualification
- Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail and preferably prior store management experience
- Strong numerical skills and commercial/business acumen
- Leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
