About the role
- You share responsibility for all shop operations
- You create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- You coordinate day-to-day operations in consultation with your Shop Manager
- You always keep an eye on the overall commercial performance
- You assist and support the Shop Manager
- You inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in a commercial/business discipline
- You have an affinity for numbers and strong commercial awareness
- You have a strong interest in fashion and a good sense of trends
- You are a team player with excellent communication skills
- You are proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
