About the role
- You are jointly responsible for all shop processes
- You create a great shopping experience for our customers together with the team
- You coordinate the daily business in consultation with your Shop Manager
- You always keep an eye on the overall commercial results
- You assist and support the Shop Manager
- You inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- You have a good, completed commercial/vocational qualification
- You have an affinity for numbers and strong commercial awareness/thinking
- You have a great interest in fashion and a sense for trends
- You are an absolute team player and have good communication skills
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
