About the role
- Coordinate daily store operations
- Develop and grow the team through training and coaching
- Visual merchandising – implement presentation guidelines
- Plan in-store activities
- Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
- Perform commercial/financial analysis of the store

Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in fashion/textile retail; ideally experience managing a store
- Strong numerical affinity and sound commercial/business judgment
- Leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in fashion and trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
