About the role
- You share responsibility for all shop operations
- Together with the team, you create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers
- You coordinate daily operations in consultation with your Shop Manager
- You consistently monitor the overall financial performance
- You assist and support the Shop Manager
- You inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Strong numerical aptitude and sound commercial/business acumen
- Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- Team player with good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
