About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the start schedule for work items in close collaboration with the Tech Lead, jointly assessing strategic business impact, company needs, and technical effort estimates.
  • Closely monitor the team's delivery capacity and ensure efficient planning of AI development sprints.
  • Organize, structure, and maintain the ticketing ecosystem, ensuring project statuses are always up to date and transparent.
  • Create epics and tasks in partnership with the Tech Lead, translating business needs into clear descriptions and acceptance criteria.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and schedule deviations, issuing alerts to the Tech Lead and stakeholders whenever there is a risk of delivery delay.
  • Participate in Daily, Planning, Review, and Retrospective meetings, optimizing the team's time and reducing simultaneous meeting load for technical leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in technology teams (Scrum).
  • Ability to understand company strategic objectives and help translate business priorities to the engineering team.
  • Advanced proficiency with ticketing tools and agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown, Lead Time).
  • Hands-on experience calculating team velocity and planning deliveries based on time constraints, scope, and business relevance.
  • Familiarity with the lifecycle of data, analytics, or artificial intelligence projects (uncertainty management/research).
  • Prior experience on teams using cloud infrastructure and basic software development concepts.
  • Agile certifications (PSM I, CSM, PMI-ACP, or KMP).
