About the role

  • Prepare, analyze and present financial and management reports for investors and company leadership;
  • Perform financial planning and analysis for projects, contracts and product lines, assessing profitability, margins and economic feasibility;
  • Structure and evaluate capital-raising initiatives, including financing, grants and equity;
  • Support tax optimization analyses, such as Lei do Bem (Brazil’s R&D tax incentive) and related incentives;
  • Analyze financial statements and performance indicators (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow);
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of the corporate budget;
  • Contribute to pricing models and revenue projections;
  • Support fundraising processes and intellectual property management;
  • Participate in the startup ecosystem, connecting opportunities and strategic partnerships;
  • Monitor financial metrics and report results in a structured and consistent manner.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Accounting or Business Administration;
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and the ability to interpret financial data;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and spreadsheet modeling;
  • Ability to independently structure analyses, with strong organization and attention to detail;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized, deadline-oriented and able to self-manage;
  • Advanced or fluent English.
