About the role

  • Lead the product lifecycle: from discovery to delivery, ensuring each feature addresses a real market pain.
  • Define and maintain the roadmap for high-criticality digital solutions (IoT, Analytics, Automation).
  • Validate hypotheses through experiments and monitor adoption and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate Build vs. Buy vs. Partner strategies and conduct continuous benchmarking.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in O&G (Operators, Drilling, Subsea, or Service Providers).
  • 2+ years of experience as a PM, preferably with B2B or industrial solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with structured discovery (JTBD, interviews, data analysis).
  • Analytical ability to prioritize roadmaps based on value, impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Strong communication skills to engage engineers and executives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Advanced English (essential for the global market context).
