About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to integrate new practices into Altais’s Networks of Care
  • Owning growing and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals
  • Identifying and researching potential prospective physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Delivering full cycle relationship from initiation to onboarding of new providers
  • Fostering and maintaining relationship with new prospective physicians
  • Conducting service presentations and proposals to prospective physicians and providers
  • Remain current on network trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of Provider Networking
  • 7+ years of Managed Care experience
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
  • Proven experience in sales, with track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications
