About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing and implementing effective strategies to integrate new practices into Altais’s Networks of Care
- Owning growing and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals
- Identifying and researching potential prospective physicians and providers to generate new leads and opportunities
- Delivering full cycle relationship from initiation to onboarding of new providers
- Fostering and maintaining relationship with new prospective physicians
- Conducting service presentations and proposals to prospective physicians and providers
- Remain current on network trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of Provider Networking
- 7+ years of Managed Care experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Proven experience in sales, with track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Self-motivated, results-oriented and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications
