About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary internal contact for service lines provided by Altais to network physicians
Support day-to-day administrative operations and provide exceptional service to physicians
Monitor physician participation and advocate for current and future products and services
Educate physician practices on policies, procedures, and claims payment policies
Assist with onboarding new physicians and staff
Facilitate internal and external meetings to discuss issues and promote relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience of 4 years in managed health care administration or Physician office administration
2-3 years of Patient and Physician portals and EMH or EMR system experience
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficient in patient and physician portals and EMH or EMR systems
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong understanding of physician office operations
Demonstrated flexibility and strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
