About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary internal contact for service lines provided by Altais to network physicians
- Support day-to-day administrative operations and provide exceptional service to physicians
- Monitor physician participation and advocate for current and future products and services
- Educate physician practices on policies, procedures, and claims payment policies
- Assist with onboarding new physicians and staff
- Facilitate internal and external meetings to discuss issues and promote relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience of 4 years in managed health care administration or Physician office administration
- 2-3 years of Patient and Physician portals and EMH or EMR system experience
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in patient and physician portals and EMH or EMR systems
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of physician office operations
- Demonstrated flexibility and strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
