About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and optimize sales pipeline, marketing, implementation, and customer relationship management strategy.
  • Focus on sales to existing providers in CA & HI and leveraging existing people in the organization.
  • Grow the sales pipeline, keep leads warm, progress, and close customers with signed contracts.
  • Ensure proper implementation and launch post-contract.
  • Track and report on sales pipeline progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for marketing campaigns and improve customer retention.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated success in CRM, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles.
  • Must have minimum 5 years experience with Hubspot, Zoho Wordpress or other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Active Campaign, or similar platforms).
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry (managed care), patient segmentation, marketing automation, data analytics, and customer lifecycle management best practices.
