Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Significant progressive legal experience
Experience in corporate transactions, employment law, commercial contracting, and litigation management
Experience advising senior leaders and managing complex, high-risk legal matters
Prior in-house experience and experience managing outside counsel strongly preferred
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (California preferred or ability to obtain)
